Ταξιδέψτε στην καρδιά της Ιταλίας
Το εστιατόριο Via Pastarella, περήφανο μέλος του ομίλου εστιατορίων Food Pro, δημιουργήθηκε το 2014 στο κέντρο της πόλης του Ηρακλείου με σκοπό να προσφέρει μια ολοκληρωμένη εμπειρία αυθεντικής ιταλικής κουζίνας. Εδώ, το ταξίδι στη γεύση ξεκινάει από νωρίς το πρωί με φρεσκοκομμένο καφέ και ιταλικά σνακ, μέχρι αργά το βράδυ με πίτσες, ζυμαρικά και μια σειρά επιλεγμένων ετικετών κρασιού από το κελάρι. Το Via Pastarella είναι μια γνήσια trattoria που γίνεται σημείο συνάντησης, γι' αυτούς που ξέρουν να απολαμβάνουν το φαγητό και τον καφέ τους alla Ιταλικά!
Ο Chef
O Ηλίας Σαββάκης εργάζεται στο Via Pastarella από το Δεκέμβριο του 2015 ως Chef. Έχοντας βρεθεί κατά το παρελθόν σε κουζίνες όπως αυτή του Elounda Bay Hotel, του Richard Corrigans και του παγκοσμίου φήμης Tom's Kitchen, συνδυάζει την εμπειρία με το ταλέντο και δημιουργεί αυθεντικά ιταλικά πιάτα που ταξιδεύουν τον ουρανίσκο.

Having travelled around the world I have to confess that Heraklion was the place i would never expect to experience one of the best Italian meals I had in my life. Authentic Italian pasta, creamy and juicy ,basil flavored bruschetas and a glass of good red wine. The stuff was very pleasant and willing and the atmoscphere was pretty charming. One big surprise: Their sirloin steak! Beyond any expectation. Very good prices. I think they keep it low even though their quality deserves more. Well Done

We visited this restaurant at the beginning of our week stay in Heraklion and enjoyed it so much we returned for two other meals! Insalata Caprese was delicious with a really good quality mozzarella . Other dishes we tried included steak, Insalata nostra, pasta with chicken and bacon. A nice touch was a complimentary dessert which was offered each time. Very efficient and friendly service too!
